This Hotel Directory is designed specifically to not only Rank Highly in the Search engines but also to be easy to use both for those submitting links as well as visitors to this website. It is one of number of directories we run throughout the country promoting accommodation in popular tourist areas. By posting a link, free or paid, to this site and agreeing to our TOS (Terms of Sale) you agree to the following...
- That your website is relevant to the purpose of this website
- That your site does contain or have links to any malicious code or drive by downloads
- That you site does not contain any content deemed to be pornographic or slanderous or have links to such content
- That your website is complete in it's design
Payment:Certain types of entries require payment and this is collected via PayPal as part of your registration procedure. Upon making payment PayPal will email you confirmation of your subscription and this is the only receipt issued although we will email you confirmation of your sites acceptance once approved. If you are paying by cheque as mentioned in our How to submit page you must pay within 7 days of receipt of our invoice which will include a £5.00 Handling Fee. All entries thus paid for will not be published until your cheque payment has cleared.
Duration of Submissions: All paid submissions are for a period of One Year and will be automatically renewed and billed after One Year. Free submissions with a reciprocal link are valid whilst that link to us remains in place. Please note that should your link to us be removed then our link to your site will automatically be cancelled.
Prices: We reserve the right to amend our prices up or down without notice. However, directory submissions already paid for will NOT be liable for extra charges and renewals will be charged AT THE ORIGINAL PRICE PAID! We feel this is a great deal and is something that no other directory offers. This does not apply, however, to banner advertising or other advertising deals made with us for inclusion elsewhere on the site.
Cancellation by You: You may request removal of your site from our directory whenever you wish by email either from your original registration email address or using any other email address associated with your domain name. There will be no refund, however of any remaining subscription fees.
Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to remove any site that changes it's content to that which is no longer appropriate to the nature of this directory.
Privacy Policy
We value and respect your privacy and promise never to pass on your details to a third party. We hold the minimum amount of data possible about you and all that is necessarily to contact you. However, we cannot be responsible for the content of your own website submissions.
